Elliott R. Katz

Biography
Mr. Katz joined the office in 2020. He is a graduate of Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE, and attended Trinity College in Hartford, CT where he studied Public Policy and Law and Middle Eastern Studies.

Career
Prior to joining the office, Mr. Katz worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the Lebanon County Public Defenders Office, an associate with an insurance defense firm in Center City, and as a Certified Legal Intern in the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Katz is admitted before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. When not in court, Mr. Katz is a fanatical West Point football fan: GO ARMY, BEAT NAVY!
