County EOC /Local EMC Quarterly Training: DEP Course - Evening Session

This is an in-person training. It is identical to the Afternoon Session on the same day (participants will only need to select one session).
The DEP Emergency Response Team will provide a general overview of the Agency. This discussion will include the 24 hour emergency notification process, the emergency response program capabilities, a brief overview of DEP program areas, and some pertinent laws governing what DEP does and some of which are the local jurisdiction’s responsibility. DEP plans to also provide examples on program regulations, agency/local jurisdictional interaction, and the difference between emergency and routine incident, from DEP’s perspective.

- PEMA: D2017-02:
- Any County Quarterly Training
- Any Local EMC/Staff Quarterly Training
- PEMA: D2022-02:
- Any County Quarterly Training
- Any Local EMC/Staff Quarterly Training
- Any Practitioner Quarterly Training
- Con-Eds:
- EMS: 2 “Other” hours
- PEMA Recertification: 2 hours for one of the following mission areas:
- Protection
- Response
- Recovery
