You must write a letter to the Deputy Superintendent, Kelly Reed at 1730 S. Easton Rd Doylestown PA 18901 asking for permission. Included, you need to write the name of who you would like to see, your last incarceration dates, and if you are on any supervision. You will receive a letter back with the result of the request.
