How long does it take to get my original documents back?

Recording documents is a two step process.

  1. The document is typically recorded and available on Landex.com within 24-48 business hours.
  2. The document is verified, which is proofreading for accuracy.  This typically takes about 3 weeks.
  3. Documents are then returned to the original submitter.
    1. If documents are submitted by mail or walked in, the documents will be returned if a self-addressed envelope has been provided, otherwise the documents should be picked up from the office.
    2. If documents are submitted electronically, the documents will then be returned electronically.
