Founded in 1976, A Woman’s Place (AWP) is the only domestic violence community benefit organization in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. AWP provides a full range of programs and services to individuals experiencing domestic violence, their children, and the community.
Domestic violence is a universal community issue. It occurs in relationships across all socioeconomic levels, races and ethnicities, sexual orientations, religious backgrounds, age groups, and geographic locations. This training facilitated by AWP will cover the different forms of domestic violence, effective tools for screening or responding to domestic violence in the community that you serve, as well as the comprehensive services provided at AWP.
A Woman's Place is beyond grateful for the remarkable dedication of our community's first responders, and for their steadfast commitment to supporting survivors and creating a safer Bucks County for all.
