Peer Support
CPS & CRS Programs
Certified Peer Support (CPS) programs and Certified Recovery Specialists (CRS) programs are Medicaid-billable programs with some limited County-funded options. They offer the support of individuals that are in recovery from psychiatric challenges (CPS) and drug & alcohol challenges (CRS) that completed the Pennsylvania requirements for certification. They provide guidance, mentoring and support from their own lived experience for those navigating their own psychiatric and drug & alcohol challenges. A list of CPS service providers is at the bottom of the page.

Peer Drop-In Service and Homeless Drop-in Center
A Peer Drop-In Center provides a welcoming and safe space for individuals with a mental health or co-occurring diagnosis and different support groups and activities. There are no eligibility requirements to access Peer Drop-In services.
The Homeless Drop-In Center is a safe space for homeless individuals between Monday and Friday, from 7am - 7pm. They provide a washer & dryer, shower facilities, education on available resources, and access to support groups.
Both the Peer Drop-In Center and Homeless Drop-In Center are run by Reach Out Foundation:
