  • Preliminary hearings
  • Pre-trial motions
  • Jury and waiver trials
  • Plea bargaining
  • Post-conviction proceedings,
  • Mental health commitment hearings
  • Probation/parole hearings
  • Nonsupport and protection from abuse contempt hearings
  •  Bench warrant hearings

We also represent children charged with crimes in all phases of juvenile court proceedings from shortly after arrest through appeals and during review hearings.

We represent clients in the District Court Diversionary Program before district justices, Youthful Offender Program, Veteran's Court and ARD.

We also represent individuals who the Commonwealth seeks to civilly commit pursuant to Act 21.

Our senior staff is broken down into specialized felony units to better serve our clients.
