We have a limited selection of forms available for public use. If these forms do not include what you need, you can research your issue in the Bucks County Law Library, or retain a private attorney. The revised Orphans' Court Manual (Fourth Edition, 2015) is now available for purchase by contacting the Bucks County Bar Association.

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM LINDA BOBRIN, ESQUIRE, BUCKS COUNTY REGISTER OF WILLS:

Beginning June 1, 2022, the following documents must be electronically filed:

  • Certifications of Notice due under O.C. Rule 10.5
  • Status Reports due under O.C. Rule 10.6

Note there is no charge to file these documents electronically.  However, a $25 fee will be assessed for paper filings received after June 1st.
