The business and affairs of the corporation shall be managed by the board, of not less than nine or more than 18 members, 11 of which are appointed by the Commissioners. The board members serve four-year terms.

About the Board
Bucks County Conference and Visitors Bureau, Inc. is the official tourist promotion agency for Bucks County and serves as an economic development agency for the county. The mission of the Bucks County Conference and Visitors Bureau is to market and promote its member businesses and its historic, cultural, and entertainment sites to improve the economy in Bucks County by bringing visitors, meetings, conferences, and events to the county; responsibly manage public funds in its charge; efficiently operate the facilities it manages; and serve customers, visitors, and delegates with courtesy, knowledge, and skill. All directors must work or reside in Bucks County.
