The Bucks County Health Department permits on-site sewage facilities consisting of new/repaired septic systems, spray irrigation systems, holding tanks, alternate and experimental systems which qualify under PA Code, Title 25, Chapter 73 and the PA DEP On-Lot Alternate Technology Listing.
This Department provides assistance to property owners for the investigation and repair of malfunctioning sewage system and responds to written complaints of malfunctioning sewage systems.
