Administration
The administrative arm of Bucks County government coordinates a wide range of services including emergency, community and human services, the county prison system, voter registration and elections.

Board of Elections
The Board of Elections office is responsible for preparing and furnishing all materials used during an election; registering new voters; receiving petitions from candidates; distributing voting machines to all voting districts; and receives the results from each primary and election from each precinct and certifies the results.

Row Officers
Each of the county's 9 row officers is elected at large for a 4-year term. The title of row officer came about in the early years of the constitution when the departments were first listed in a row on the election ballot.

The Bucks County Department of Health handles vaccinations, restaurant inspections and more.

Bucks County General Services Division formed in 2008 to encompass all operational departments under one umbrella.
