In June, 2014, the Health and Human Services Division split to form two specialized divisions, the Human Services Division and the Health Services Division.
The Health Services Division focuses on the physical well-being of county residents, from infants (WIC) to the elderly (Neshaminy Manor Long Term Care) and everyone in between. From short-term rehabilitation at the Manor to Food Facility inspections, the health of the Bucks County Community is of highest priority.
The Health Services Division, under the leadership of Dr. David Damsker, works collaboratively within the division, as well as with outside agencies, to effectively bridge any gap in service, whether it is school immunizations or mosquito spraying.
