On January 19, 2022, Bucks County Commissioners approved Ordinance #166, of the County of Bucks, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to regulate the operation of massage therapy establishments and promote fair labor practices. Below is the information for establishing a new therapy establishment facility or licensing an existing establishment.
The fee for a Massage Therapy Establishment license is listed on the application and is based on the number of massage rooms.
A PA State background check is required for the owner of the company.
