ANNOUNCEMENT FROM LINDA BOBRIN, ESQUIRE, BUCKS COUNTY REGISTER OF WILLS:
Beginning June 1, 2022, the following documents must be electronically filed:
- Certifications of Notice due under O.C. Rule 10.5
- Status Reports due under O.C. Rule 10.6
- Inventories due under 20 Pa. C.S.A. § 3301
Note there is no charge to file these documents electronically. However, a $25 fee will be assessed for paper filings received after June 1st.
